Online Transition Learning and Development Statement (TLDS)

Welcome to the Kindergarten IT Program's support page for Online Transition Learning and Development Statement. Kindergarten teachers from both private day care centres and not-for-profit kindergartens are entitled to contact us for technical support relating to the Online TLDS.

The Online Transition Learning and Development Statements (Online TLDS) has a similar appearance and functionality to the electronic TLDS that was completed by Victorian early childhood educators in 2017, for children who are attending school in 2018, however, it has added functionality.

Default to one of these internet browser interfaces. The Online TLDS work best on these browsers:
-Google Chrome 18+
-Microsoft Internet Explorer 10+
-Apple Safari 5+
-Mozilla Firefox 24+

What is my service email address? If you are not sure about what your service email address is, you can find the information on Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority's website: https://www.acecqa.gov.au/resources/national-registers/services?s=&field_service_id=&f[0]=service_state%3AVIC
If you want to change/update the service email address, you can go to National Quality Agenda IT System's (NQAITS) website: https://public.nqaits.acecqa.gov.au/Pages/Landing.aspx
If you are not able to log into the NQAITS portal, we suggest you to speak to your service manager or contact NQAITS directly via licensed.childrens.services@edumail.vic.gov.au. The timeframe for updating a service email address will likely be 24hrs.

How often should I save my work? How long is timeout length? The time out length for the Online TLDS platform is 30 minutes. Please save your work frequently.

How to do basic browser housekeeping? In order to prevent browser hijacking by ads, spams and re-directs, we encourage you to reset your web browser often. Please refer to our tip (PDF - 564KB)
