Password - We recommend you use a password that all the parties involved with the application know without actually telling it out loud or sending the password in an email. In this way you can maintian confidentiality, integrity and authenticity of the document. If any middle man does get his hands on the document/email they won't know the password to open the document. It also ensures you are maintaining/complying with DET's TLDS privacy legislation.
