Support and Help
Information technology support will be provided via Vicnet's Help Desk Services on 8664 7001 or toll free on 1800 629 835
Kindergartens will have access to Vicnet's standard help desk services. Help Desk facilities will be available Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Services for kindergartens will include telephone based advice and assistance and remote access support in relation to:
- internet access and basic search techniques
- use of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Adobe Acrobat Reader software
- resolving basic hardware faults
- problems with the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
