Setting up your Email account
Each Kindergarten has been issued with a unique username (email address) and a password to receive email through the IT for kindergarten Project. You received a username and password for your system via a mailout earlier this year. To enter in the details of your email account into your PC do the following: |
| 1. | Log on to your PC as Manager | |
| 2. | Open Outlook Express. Access this through the Start button, then select Programs, and then select Outlook Express. | |
| Once the program is open go to the top and select Tools and then select Accounts. Click on the Mail tab. | ||
| 3.. | Click on the Add button and Mail from the pop up menu. | |
| In the Display name box, type the name that people will see when you send mail to them. Enter a name which describes your Kindergarten, such as “Happy Valley Kindergarten”

| 13. | Click Finish. | |
| You will now see an account set up in the mail settings called mail.vicnet.net.au. This completes the account set up process. | ||
